Heat saute pan over medium heat. Add 3 tbs vinaigrette, your choice of meat and saute until done. Place meat in paper towel lined bowl, drain juice from saute pan.
Add 3 tbs of flavored oils to saute pan. Add carrots and potatoes, cook 8-10 minutes until slightly done. Add the onion and zucchini for 5 minutes, then add the rest of the vegetables and cook until almost perfect. Add your cooked meat and cook until hot.
