Tom's Asian Salad
Ingredients
8 cups packed baby spinach leaves
1 cup red cabbage sliced thin
1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
1 cup thin matchlike carrot sticks
4 green onions, thinly sliced
1 cup Sugar Peas
1 cup chow mein noodles
1/2 cup sliced almonds
½ cup Celia's Mongolian dipping oil OR Celia's Blackberry Ginger balsamic vinegar
Directions
Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl. Add noodles, almonds and vinaigrette/vinegar to dress just before serving; toss to coat.
