Tom's Skinny Dip
Ingredients
16oz can Cannellini Beans
2 tbs Celia's Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
2 tsp Olive Oil
2 tbs thinly sliced fresh basil
1/2 tsp chopped fresh sage
2 minced garlic cloves1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
kosher salt and black pepper to taste
Directions
Rinse and drain beans. Place in large bowl and mash beans with back of a fork or potato masher. Stir in the rest of the ingredients and chill. Makes a GREAT vegetable or cracker dip.
