Tom's Coconut Basil Chicken

- Add the coconut milk, basil, ginger, jalapeno, garlic, lime juice, turmeric, cumin, curry powder, salt, pepper, and cinnamon to a blender. Blend until combined.

- Pre heat evoo in a saute pan. Add the chicken and cook until done. Drain chicken and add the sauce from above. Heat until sauce is hot.
